- The signal can be blocked if the vehicle is indoors, for example, in a garage or parking garage. This can block the signal.
- Metal parts can obstruct the tracker's signal.
- The tracker has no power. Check whether the fixed 12V/24V voltage has been used.
- If the tracker shows red, it could also mean that the tracker is functional but has been stationary for longer than 5 minutes or is in sleep mode. Check if the last location is correct.
