Rental Tracker Quickstart Guide

Thank you for purchasing Rental Tracker and welcome!
This quickstart guide will walk you through the steps to install a tracker, use the app, and get started with our portal.

Step 1: Download the Free Rental Tracker App

• Download the app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your mobile device.
• Use the digital installation form in the app for a quick and easy setup.
• For more information about the app, visit the app page.

Step 2: Installing the Trackers

• You can find the installation diagram in the app under Support → Order → Installation Diagram.
• Need help? We’re happy to connect you with one of our trusted installation partners.

Step 3: Tracker Administration via the Digital Installation Form

• Use the digital installation form in the Rental Tracker App.
• Choose the compact form for basic information or the extended version for more detailed records.
• After submission, you’ll receive an email summary showing which tracker was installed in which vehicle.

Step 4: Activating the Tracker

• Trackers are pre-linked to your account upon delivery and are already activated.
• You can find them in the portal under the ‘Objects’ tab, identified by their IMEI number.
• If a tracker does not appear in your portal, please contact us with the IMEI number and the account it should be linked to.

Step 5: Portal Access & Insights

• Log in to the portal via your browser or the Rental Tracker App.
• Watch our instructional videos for a smooth start. These can be found on the instructional videos page.
