Why are there sometimes lines on the map?

Modified on Thu, 3 Jul at 12:25 PM

The green lines show the last few locations of the vehicle. They provide an indication of where the vehicle has been driving. These green lines can be turned on or off with the ‘Show tails’ button.

The blue lines on the map usually appear when the GPS connection temporarily drops, for example in tunnels, parking garages, or other enclosed spaces. Also, during GPS startup or when the tracker does not have a steady power supply, the location can be inaccurate. As a result, the tracker cannot determine the exact location, causing the displayed route to appear irregular or interrupted.
