Can I have a tracker deactivated so that I no longer pay subscription fees for it?

At any time, you can have your trackers deactivated by us, for example because the car has been sold or is no longer used for rental or leasing. In this case, you send us an email with your request, stating the tracker identification number (IMEI) from the portal.
