We have X number of trackers on the invoice, where does this number come from and how can I check this?

At the beginning of each month, you will receive an invoice on which we charge the trackers that are linked to your account and have had SIM activity in the past month. These are the trackers for which we incur costs for the connectivity.


You can check this number by looking in your management account (the account that we also indicate on the invoice) to see how many trackers have been online in the past month.
