Removing or unsubscribing trackers

There are three options for removal:

  • Complete Removal - You no longer need the history of the object and do not wish to reuse it. 
  • Remove History - You no longer need the currently collected history of the object and may wish to reuse it.
  • Cancel Subscription - You want to keep the object’s history but stop the subscription.

Complete Removal

You no longer need the history of the object and do not wish to reuse it.

Important:

  • Download any required historical data via reports before removing objects.
  • History cannot be recovered after deletion.

Steps:

  1. Collect the IMEI codes of the objects you want to completely remove.
  2. Fill in the details in this email template and send it.
  3. We will send a confirmation once the request has been processed.

Remove History

You no longer need the currently collected history of the object and may want to reuse it.

Important:

  • Download any required historical data via reports before having data removed.
  • History cannot be recovered after deletion.
  • The subscription automatically stops if the object no longer receives power and has not connected to the network in the month prior to invoicing.
  • The subscription automatically starts again when the object receives power and reconnects to the network.
  • Use the installation forms in our app if the object is installed in another vehicle.

Steps:

  1. Collect the IMEI codes of the objects whose history you want to delete.
  2. Fill in the details in this email template and send it.
  3. We will send a confirmation once the request has been processed.

Cancel Subscription

You want to keep the object and its history in the portal, but stop the subscription.

Our billing module automatically detects which objects have connected to the network in the previous month. These incur costs, which are passed on in the invoice. This means the subscription automatically ends for an object if it no longer receives power.

Does the object still receive power because it is not removed or has an internal battery (e.g., a Stealth Tracker)? Then follow the steps below:

Important:

  • History is stored in the portal for up to 2 years. Download your data via reports to ensure you have it.

Steps:

  1. Collect the IMEI codes of the objects for which you want to cancel the subscription.
  2. Fill in the details in this email template and send it.
  3. We will send a confirmation once the request has been processed.
